You wouldnt believe who's been in my nightmares lately. Jonbenet Ramsey!
Ever since I found out about Jonbenet's murder, I've been very interested in it.
I told my friends I thought she was trying to get through to me to help me solve the mystery of who killed her.
Last night I had a nightmare/dream which is insanely rare for me because I hardly ever remember my dreams unless they make a huge impact on me.
Jonbenet (in my dream) was sad/mad looking and was almost like she wanted to talk to me maybe?
I want to learn if and how I can contact her out of my dreams because I usually dont remember my dreams.
If anyone has any websites or anything, that would be extremely helpful.
& no, I'm not on drugs or anything so it couldnt have just been my mind!

Keep a pen and pad next to your bed. As soon as you wake up is the best time to remember your dreams. Try to ask questions in your dreams. Write anything down that you remember.

Automatic Writting is something you might want to look into. It is a good way for the spirits to write through you of what they want or need. The best I can tell you is to Google it and see if you can find some info about that. I don't have a website right off that can help you but please feel free to email me and either myself or my wife can try and give you more ideas too.

hm-mm I know what you mean by not remembering but as mentioned try to remember keep a pen/pencil at your side with paper to try to figure it out and help the spirit find rest at once to finally move on. Mediation might help you with memory and is also a good and safe way to contact a spirit that needs your help.

You might want to check into one of those board(oujie boards) i know that's not spelled right, But i've heard those have worked. So you might want to do that.

Please accept this as truth, You do not want to contact demon's as a matter of fact you should be happy that they only contact you in your dreams. And not visit you at your residence.
