1.do you mean how to get the eighth gym open to get the eighth gym open go find groudon under the water first and then go to the cave at the eighth gym bring a pokemon that knows flash amd catch the groudon after you caught the groudon you can challange the gyn leader.
2.the yellow shard id around route 121 which you need dive to get it.
3you can't go into space it is just rumor deoxy can only be caught at rainbow island.
