this song was on making hte band 3 and the movie wendu wu homecoming warrior when wendy learns to fight in the park. lol the lyrics kind of go

and then in the end ?! i think i it goes

The song is "holding out for a hero" and there are several versions.
The two used in Shrek 2 are by "Frou Frou" and Jennifer Saunders.
The original was from the musical footloose.
