You have a restriction or low water pressure. Is it only the hot. Is it only the bathroom. How old are the pipes. Do you have a well. Was it remodeled. Splain Lucy.

Check the fitting on top of the water heater. Many times, sediments will build up in the nipple or union. Many times, the hole is a s small as a pencil. Replace the fitting and that will solve the problem. Also, if you have older pipes and they are galvanized, they will corrode and plug up. Usually you will have low pressure all over the house, not just the hot water lines. Hope this helped! Good luck!!

you can buy pressure Gage for about fifteen dollars at Lowes, but if you don't have pressure drop in the cold water also, then it won't help you much. There has to be a reduction (restriction) in the heater or pipes. If you don't have a problem in the kitchen or other sinks, then it has to be at the tub.

The supply line under the sink needs to be flushed out. It's plugging the hand valve with junk.

It could be in your pipes. If they are old iron pipes, they could be full of rust. Check the incoming pressure to your water heater, too.
