They restock every night at each store that is a 24 hour store. They restock at all times during the Christmas season. If there is something in particular you are interested in, call your local Walmart and they should be able to tell you what night it will be restocked.

Around the clock. Each department is responsible for its own areas and sends people to restock during slow periods. Most of this is late at night but you can occasionally see it going on during the day, especially in mid-afternoon
