If you have lots of terms inside brackets which need to be raised to a power, just raise each individual term to that power.
So 2x(2x^2 y)^3 (3xy^4)^2 =
2x * (2^3 * (x^2)^3 * y^3) * (3^2 * x^2 * (y^4)^2)
= 2x * 8 * x^6 * y^3 * 9 * x^2 * y^8
= (2*8*9)*(x * x^6 * x^2) * (y^3 * y^8)
= 144x^9y^11.

2x(2x²y)³(3xy^4)²

= 2x * 8x^6 y³ * 9x² y^8
= 144 x^9 y^11
