Ghosts, in the literal sense, no. I believe in visions, though, that God may show us dead people (The witch of Endor-- look it up) to make a point. Do I believe that people wander around in the materieal world after dying? No. Why would they? It's not like there's anything they can do here. They're dead.
I think that most people just imagine something so vividly that they actually see it. If two people see it? Vision or crock, take your pick. Old places do, admittedly, creep me out, probably from playing a few too many horror games and reading a few too many murder mysteries. There's no logic behind believing in ghosts or disembodied spirits.

Oh yeah! I lived in Virgina a while ago, it was an old house. I was watching television with a friend when out of the corner of my eye I saw something come into the livingroom, it looked like an old lady. Long grey scraggly hair and all! I was so scared, I didn't say nothing to my friend, when suddenly he tapped my arm literally scaring the heck out of me, and said did you see that!? I said what trying to play it off, and he described exactly what saw!! That was freaky! Not to mention that there was a graveyard at the end of my property line!! Yes I believe in ghosts.

My friends, my family, and I have all had ghostly encounters.

I think it only happens to some people who really run into them.

I believe that people try to pretend they do to make money also.

I do not worship Satan. I saw that one person's answer and that creeped me out a little bit.

I think ghosts are harmless. I've never met a bad one.

100% They are real. Spirits are around us always. We can't see them because they live in a plane that does not usually intersect with ours. Some spirits are afraid, or don't want to enter that plane and hang around for a while. These are the ones that produce "hauntings". I have been a researcher for many years and have seen, heard, and photographed spirits many times.

I don't believe in ghosts, I do believe in demons and evil spirits and I do believe they can haunt people.

I lived in a house that had odd things happen and there was one room in the house that had an odd feel to it. None of our dogs would go into that room.

i do belive in spirts 'ghosts and haunted houses, i've never seen one though since my mother passed away i always say give mwe a sign and lots of times the phone will ring and i say hello'hello'and the operator comes on you have to hang up to make a call and when i do call back there;s noything,,,,,, and my lite bulbs are always popping then burn out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

yes,i believe in both. when we were first married the house we lived (we lived in the basement and our landlady lived upstairs) in was the scene of a murder years before.the guy was shot in the corner of the basement,had his hands shackled behind him and dropped into the stillwater river. our landlady would get locked in her bedroom, plates went fliying and one night i seen a hanger on the doorknob spin around in a circle. we moved out but kept in contact with her. one day my aunt drove over there with some stuff and i took it up to the door.aunt could not do stairs,( there were alot of them) knocked on door,no answer. knocked again, looked in at the top of door(window) and starring back at me was a tall guy with full beard,mustache and really dark hair. my aunt said she never seen me move so fast. told herwhat happened. we told our friend, she asked her neighbor who lived accross the street when the murder happened. she got real quiet and said"you just described charlie" the guy who died there
