yes it is common for young guys to do this now..they do it to save them selves sweating so much to attract female attention!!x

Yes, I've heard of this. Apparently some women like it. It'll keep the smell down, because less hair = less place for bacteria to grow. But on the other hand... you'll look like a girl. And it'll itch like crazy when it grows back.

Another option is just to trim it. Trim the hedge, rather than mowing the lawn, so to speak.

I believe that this has become fashionable because of celebs like David Beckham allegedly doing this - although personally don't know whether he did or not. Seems to me, its up to the individual to decide whether you feel comfortable with shaving your bits and bobs - for whatever reason.

Its a good idea even if you dont shave anywhere else or care about 'metrosexual' crap. Less area for bacteria to feed on old sweat means you smell less.

Yeah I have and I am forty and I shave mine. Its very fashionable and not gay either. Hell I say you should shave especially if you do any kind of sports lets face it people will see that disgusting underarm hair yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I found out a guy I liked shaved his armpits, it would REALLY put me off... Its just weird, it'd be like him shaving his legs..

There is no fashion involved.it prevents bad smell.I have beeen doing it for the past several years.No woman has objected it so far.

yea i shaved mine but bad idea that was 12 now theyd replace the lost rainforest great wi.,.ly warmer do two more years and iv got a full top and bottom long john set there a bit annoying now thow iv to ceep sowing extentinos to my pockets aa but no worries its a rather cool hat when it rains saves me carrying the shopping to realy handy the oul under arm the spuds nevev taste the same do and iv lost a few well two years long john oowwaarr
