where do i get my nose pierced???

well by reading other peoples' questions on yahooo, i have heard that piercing ur nose with a gun is bad because sometimes it doesn't heal but then sometimes it does. well i don't want to do it at home because its too scary soo where do i get it pierced because i live in missouri and city of lee's summit. + does anybody know where i can get clip on nose rings so i can see what my nose looks like if before i have it pierced? i have checked at walmart+dollar tree+kohls+sears.

most tattoo parlors also have a piercer on staff. Look through the phone book or go on yahoo local to find one. When piercing your nose which I have done 6 times now. Know that it sucks to have then pierce it with a needle, and the jewelry be a ring instead of a stud. But the fastest, safest, and cleanest way to pierce is with a needle, and to have the jewelery be a ring or a hoop, that way the twist you have to do goes through the piercing. I found one shop that did that and my nose ring was perfect until i had to take it out for work. Since then I've been getting the studs and every time I do , it rips out in my sleep, it falls out bcus of all the puss build up, it hurts and the swelling ends up rejecting the piercing , or i have it for like 1/2 of the time it takes to keep the whole then i lost it. hopefully you have a different experience but I'd trust the piercer who is going to pierce with a needle over a gun. IE don't go to Claire's or icing. and ask the piercer these questions over the phone.
