neither is in any danger from Iraq , they have been so beaten and disorganized it will be a miracle if they survive as a nation thanks to the U,S, we have got to stay the course or Iran or Syria will go in arm these people and band together and all hell will break loose we had no business in Iraq , we should have put our effort in catching O,B,L, yes , but Iran had did nothing to us and was not in any way responsible for the W,T,C, bombing, but we owe it to the people to stay in Iraq until they can get a strong enough government formed to control the country

Exact quote from Bin Laden:
Refering to America -
"The operations are under preperation and you will see them in your houses as soon as they are complete."
Exact quote from Al Qaeda:
Refering to Islam -
"If America will not convert on its own, we will eventually become strong enough to topple the government and convert America and her people by force."
If the key word in your question is "imminent" - I would have to say Israel. But as you can see from the above threats, our shores would not be far behind.

The US would. Just like when the US abandoned the Shah of Iran to the militants, we just created a regional power that now threatens us, so too with Iraq.
Israel has always taken care of itself, with no mind to what anyone else thinks. We use to do that, NOW our leaders, regardless of party are more worried about public opinion than leading.

As far as existential threats? Israel. They are closer & smaller. As far as terrorism? It would have a bigger impact here for several reasons.
1) Arabs are already attacking Israel full bore.
2) They would see that terror works AGAINST US.
3) We have more & bigger targets in more places than Israel does.

US. Iraqis would be focused - near-term - on killing themselves; not really an urgent matter for Israel. The US... it'd just be another goal achieved by/for the nihilists. Ultimately, it's paralysis on top of paralysis.
