I have to say this is a good question, I never thought about this. But I would have to say every day and every night in some way or another I tell Jesus how thankfull I am for what he did for all of us!
I know it isn't much, but I hope he does know I am thankfull and I can not wait until the day we all meet!! : )

we actually have a family tradition where we bake a birthday cake for Jesus (we put on a baby Jesus and Mary figurine that's been in our family for years) and we all go around and pick out a scripture to read aloud, say a prayer thanking him for all that we have and all that he will continue to do for us, and then sing happy birthday.

This is a great question. I actually do shop for my church's program, "Gifts for Jesus." We buy gifts we would like to have ourselves and bring them to church to be distributed through our Samaritan Center to people in need throughout the year.

well I pray. Jesus' gift is my prayer to Him. Or when I get someone a gift it is like me giving Him a gift also. Because when you do something to someone you are doing it to Jesus. Example: you do something good to someone,,it goes towards Jesus.

I took the money for Jesus' present and gave it to charity - several times. Jesus seems to be ok with it.

I know that there is no way to give Him anything tangible. I also know that whatever we do to others we do to Him. So we find some people in need and give to them for Christmas as our present for him. We also usually give Him non-tangibles such as doing kind deeds for others or being kinder to our family members.

One can give Jesus many gifts for His birthday.
One can give to the poor in Jesus name, one can be kind to their neighbor, in Jesus name. One can offer a prayer for the sick, in Jesus name.
