Monday through Friday are when they arrive. Games do not arrive on the weekends. They do not come on the trucks like the rest of the freight, they come from UPS and Fed-ex. Wal-mart refers to it as "directs". Games do not arrive everyday, some days there are no games, depends on releases and inventory.
Also, if your looking for new releases keep in mind Wal*mart does not recieve many games on their release date. A games releases date is wal*marts ship date. Meaning they won't get the game until a few days later. Larger releases do not always wait though.
