There are flat pitches and bouncy and fast pitches. Flat pitches are batsmen friendly and bouncy and fast pitches are bowler friendly.

one is batting pitch ( mostly found in Indian-subcontinent)
second one is Bowling Pitches ( found in UK-Australia)

one batting pitch its hard to bowl and very easy to bat but on bowling pitch its vise versa.
