The above tip about ironing could help a bit. However, creasing is mostly a separation of the layers of the cardboard, and it's impossible to completely readhere them.

Seriously, don't even try. For starters, it can't be done. Secondly, if you take an iron to it, or try any other method, it will only do further damage to the card.

You can't. If you try to you can damage the card even more. Best to try to find an undamaged copy of the card.
