I would say nothing less than 5'9 and no more than 6'3. He would also need to be rough looking. Long dark hair, stubble, jeans etc. A motorbike would be nice too. I prefer the lost boys look from the 80's. Something so appealing about that.

I'm 5'10" (sorry don't know the cm conversion), so I wouldn't date anyone more than an inch or 2 shorter than me. I've dated a man that was 3 & a 1/2 inches shorter than me, and it just felt awkward.

It's who you are and not how tall you are that really maters.
I am consider average height for women here in the US.
But many of the men here in Montana are a lot shorter than our national average for men.
I am taller than many men here or we are the same height.
So believe me, it is who you are that counts, not how tall you are.

I don't have a boyfriend, except my husband and he's very tall. But, when I was single it made no difference how tall a guy was. If I liked him, that's all that counted.
