I have a utstarcom 8915 cell phone, and I want to download ringtones, but I don't have that service on my phone, it is locked. How can I get through this without the company knowing. Or can I even do it at all.

have you ever watched b.e.t when they are showing a video at the top of the screen it says for this ringtone send ... to .. and they will give you all the imformation you need

Perhaps someone knows differently but I don't believe you can do it without the service.

If you don't have downloading capabilities with your phone, then you are out of luck.
