Low carb is honestly the best way to lose weight fast. The first weight that you lose will be water weight, but it will get you down a couple of pounds. After that you should steadily lose weight as long as you do it properly. For me, that is eating less than 20 grams of carbs a day for the first week. After that you can add a few more grams a day.
A word of warning though, after you lose the weight, don't think that it will stay that way if you go back to eating normally again. This will give you an overlook of the Adkins diet, which most low carb diets are formed off of. If you are really just wanting to lose a few pounds for an event, you should do it for a week or two, but expect to gain it back as soon as you go back to your "normal" way of eating. If you can maintain the low carb way of life, that's great though, and you should keep the weight off!

actually just eat normally, but (dont choke or anything) eat fast! it makes the food go through u like water! Use an ab lounger!

There isn't an EASY way, per se. It has to do with your commitment to working out regulary (not TOO hard...your body needs time to recuperate) and eating well. If you keep it up and do it well, it becomes easy. If you keep slipping and letting yourself go, you'll struggle.

Have more meals a day, but make them way smaller. This kickstarts your metabolism, which should help you with exercise to increase tone.

I know this will suck, but if you try running about two miles a day and cutting back on high cal. foods, you'll lose weight pretty fast.

eat LOTS of yogurt. and soup. and also when you are like at the gym or w/e use the elliptical machine because your getting cardio, plus toning your tights, butt, and working out your arms! good luck!

go to ur local YMCA. they have yoga classes, & gym& swimging, sports, everything, u name it. 1 suggestion about the food. DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF! ITS VERY DANGEROUS!
