Shipping out of the country is a real challenge sometimes. I would expect it to take 4-6 weeks if sent surface mail, 7-14 days if sent air, and sometime next month if sent ups.

Sending things to and from Canada is always risky.. they get held up the border quite often.. and even get lost more often than in the States. Call the post office. The unfortunate thing is that you can't insure a package going to Canada.

I would say usually about 6 days as i have friends in florida and thats how long it usually takes to reach them , i would assume canada would be similar , if its been nearly a month i would be asking questions of royal mail !

The shortest time i've seen things show up,at the catalog I used to work for, was 10 days, but depending on customs it may take a month I've heard of that happening.
