ok well i think i need to be cuter so how do i do it what kind of clothes do i need i dont want to wear alot of makup but i want to be cute.

Cuteness comes from the heart first. 2nd you can do like I do and go in the mall and try on different things. Also don't ever feel scared to ask anyone in the store for advice. If you don't ask you'll never know.

You are cute and you are beautiful. God doesn't make junk. So, just do a little make up to bring out your eyes. Use the color that is close to your eye color for everyday. Line with a little brown pencil liner and just a little blush which can really be a little lipstick rubbed on them. Use lip gloss and add color for special times. Wear what flatters you but not too revealing. Try to be modest and cute. Showing it all isn't the way to go. Ask friends or older relatives what they think about something new, someone you trust with your feelings but, no one that is mean spirited.
Then if you don't have a lot of money go to the thrift stores and buy great clothes for little money or buy off clearance. Layer clothing and use assecories to bring out the color of your eyes, clothing or hair. Keeping the hair trimmed is good. If you can't afford to get a lot done just get it cut and forget the rest. To be cuter you should try wearing:
Screen Tees-Aero, AE, Hollister.
Miniskirts (denim or ruffled, but not too ruffled)-Aero has good ones, also Urban Behahavoir.
Flip-flops or skechers
DO NOT WEAR HAIR BOWS
Jeans (light wash)- Any where.
Make-up- Pinks, blues and purples. Also maybe some tan with the pink and blue.
Basically anything you want to wear as long as you are comfortable and confident and YOU like it. But don't forget to base the clothing choice on your AGE so you don't look 3 or 30!

If you are at least 14, a little make up won't hurt. Depending on what kind of guys you are trying to attract and for what reasons, will decipher what kind of clothes you want to wear. If you want to be classy and sexy, my boyfriend absolutely loves me in jeans, button down and boots. If you want to dress it up a little more, try a nice sweater or button down with a pencil skirt and fashionable panty hose and a short, but sexy heel.
As far as make-up, I've never worn much and always get lots of compliments. I do not wear any foundation/base or any blush. All I wear is a dark brown eyeliner, black mascara and lip gloss. Depending on the occasion, wear a little eyeshadow .

everyone has their own personal style. just where what you feel cute in, and be confident. those are the two key things you need in order to look cuter. you need to feel comfortable, (but not just wearing sweatpants and a hoodie), and you need to have conifdence in yourself. no one can tell you how to be cute, it should just come naturally.
it also depends on the person you want to look cute for. the old quote "beauty lies in the eye of the beholder" or whatever it was, really does hold meaning. my friends think cute is when i have a sexy lil top on with a cute skirt. my boyfriend thinks im cute when im in a little kid'ish kind of mood, he says i act like a 4 year old sometimes, and that he thinks its the cutest thing ever. my parents think cute is when im in a fitted t-shirt and jeans. it really does depend on the person whos looking at you. and you dont need to wear alot of makeup to look cute. juss the basics came make anyone look nice and pretty, without looking skanky.

it depends on ur age and wat ur style is! Dont overdo the makeup, the more natural you are the better.... wearing more makeup doesnt/wont make you cute....
