I've always just used plain rubbing alcohol. Soak where it needs stretching & wear until dry. The local shoe shop says that works fine but that they have a product that will work better in the same way.
Hope this helps

When I worked at a shoe store we were told that you can rub rubbing alcohol on your shoe to stretch it. You can also by stretchers for shoes at shoe stores. Of course, you could take it to a shoe guy and have him stretch them for you.

Generally, you just wear them for a period of time and they stretch on their own (though for a week or two it will be very uncomfortable) and that's all the trouble you need to go through.

if your shoes are leather, there's something you can put into your shoes to make them stretch. you should probably try a shoe store to look for those.

wet or soak the shoes with warm water put them on your feet and wear around the house to form to the size of your feet and put newspaper in them after you take them off that work well.

PUT RUBBING ALCOHOL AND TELL SOMEONE THAT HAS A BIGGER FOOT TO PUT THEM ON FOR A WHILE LIKE FOR 30 MIN AND THEY WILL STREACH.
