No you can't. You can play more than 20-40%, though.

Yes you can. All of the ps2 games are compatable with the ps3. But the graphics and gameplay wont be any better.

Eh... no... you can't.
Sony rushed the PS3. Right now it has support for about 20-40% of the totaly lineup of PS2 games. They are fixing this though, much the same way Microsoft is, with online updates 'patching' games.
