It's healthy as long as yo don't do it longer. It's healthy for your body to have a break on eating to take a rest and flush away the toxins. 2 days and just water yeah i can say u will flush out your system a little bit and shed some unwanted water weight

Drinking water only for 2 days is not healthy and does not flush out your system. Water is one of the most important things you need to drink to keep your skin healthy and your organs functioning well. Water hydrates your skin as well your entire body system. Make an effort to drink more water and I'll bet you'll start looking better and feeling better.

I love water, and have always loved it, but it does not taste good in some places I have been. Our family laughed at us when we came back from the West Coast with bottled water, and I carried water to Florida when we went, and Myrtle Beach, S.C. I would say I drink more than eight glasses a day. Alcohol affects me adversely and dries me up so I want more water. I do not have sugar diabetes, though. I guess I got into the habit when I was little because we were not allowed to drink coffee or tea, and water and Kool Aid were about the only things we had besides milk, and never chocolate milk.

You're gonna mess up on the balance of your metabolism and electrolytes and other chemicals, such as potassium and calcium, if you don't make sure to eat something too. I don't know how active you are, so maybe it's not going to be so harmful after all if you are not as active, but I'd recommend some veggie and fruit snacks with some skinless boneless chicken pieces at least as part of one meal or snack.... Get some cheese too. Fasting when you're not used to it is a very bad idea, and even the people who fast for religious reasons do break their fasts at night or with mini snacks.

well, you can never ever have enough water. it's the only thing thats healthy for your body that has no taste or flavor or color. however, i think that you do need to have food. you couldn't just live on water. i think the longest a healthy person could go without food is indeed 2 or 3 days. ( this depends on how much you eat)

What about vitamins and minerals? You cant just have water for 2 days. You didn't say what you weigh or how much your looking to lose- so I don't want to offer to much insight.
Hover, you want to do a sensible plan that will insure you are taking in an adequate amount of calories and vitamins.

you do have to eat...but if you are wondering if you are drinking enough water just think how does your pee look? You want it to be pretty clear and not have an odor. Eat fruit and veggies with water and that will flush out your system.

drinking too much water is not good due to it flushes out nutrients and electrolites from your body, so after 2 days, you'll not have much energy, and you might start cramping in different body parts
