for an average router type it only goes about 100ft good ... if theres no interferance maybe 200 or so ... with a WAP its much further .. thats what i use at home and get good reception for at least 100 yards ... full green bars anywhere on my property and its about 2 acres ... and thats with the WAP inside a concrete block house and passing through several walls ....
