Yes I've read one. If you are squeamish about sadomasochism, slave bondage, and the sort, do not read it. When I heard she was writing under Roqulaure, I was curious. However, it is off the end of the spectrum from her Vampire chronicles.
Interestingly, but not surprisingly, she made it to the banned books list.
You may find the Sleeping Beauty series interesting in the way of discovering her other writing however.
But do not be shocked. You have been forewarned! ha

Interview with a Vampire is the 1st e book in her sequence The Vampire Chronicles. it rather is narrated via a vampire named Louis de Pointe du Lac and in certainty he tells the story his existence as a human and a vampire to a younge reporter (His encounters with different vampires, existence as a vampire, loves, losses, the full shebang). The temper is somewhat darkish, inspite of the undeniable fact that it rather is wonderful e book-the sequence is excellent besides! the unconventional is nicely written and entices you-i could no longer positioned it down. i've got examine the sequence over some circumstances, it later entwines with yet another sequence via Anne Rice. i might defiently supply it a attempt.

If you are interested in S/m, or D/s, you will love these books. They are great.. However, it seems a lot of people just read them because they like the author. They are obviously not the target audience.

Seriously raunchy stuff there. Page after page of domination, sex slavery, etc. If you're an Anne Rice fan, be prapared, this not like any of her other stuff. If you are simply into erotic fiction, there is better stuff out there.

I thought they were nasty. I think Rice is a so-so writer, but these take the cake as raunchy and downright gross. I would not waste your $$, if you want erotica...get some of Anais Nin's works....now there's beauty!!

If you're into mild S&M and "bondage" sex fantasies, then these books may interest you.

I found them to be among the weakest works of Rice's collection.
