Hey! Try going shopping with a friend, buy it and if you want to wear it to school, put it on there. When your 18 you'll have the freedom to wear whatever you want. Count down!

Why? I wear one....just tell them that theres nothing wrong with it and they're being to overprotective of you. Trust me......nobody will care if you wear a mini skirt or not. I know a 6 year old who wears skirts above their knee. Just tell them that :)

well if ur friend has mini skirts ask to borrow it if not go to the mall wid friends buy it and tell ur friend to keep it wid her
if your going to school and want to wear it that day tell her to take it with her and u can switch clothes at school and switch back when school is over
another idea is tell ur parents that you can leggings under them and take the leggins of at school or you can simply wear the mini skirt with leggings

Well you could buy the skirt and buy leggings to go under. Then when you're at school take the leggings off

hmmm lets see....
i cant help ya if ya trying to wear them around the house infront of them but if your trying to wear them out....
pack em' in a bigger purse...
or if you plan on going out with some friends and staying the nite over a friends house then go over to your friends house BEFORE you go out....pack your "over night" bag and put the skirt at the bottom (just incase your mom asks whats in the bag, cover it with pajamas and a make-up bag or something)...go to your firends house, change, go out, and have fun

p.s you might wanna sit down and talk 2 your rents about the length thing...your a girl...you wear things like that.....whats the worst they can do? tell you your not allowed to wear pants now either? loll just kidding

Go with a friend, and give her the money to buy it and ask her to keep it in her closet. If you have a friend that's the same size as you it would be helpful. Then you guys could work out an agreement and actually share it.

OK i know what you need say you are spending the night with your best friend ( that you parents trust and bring money) and go shopping with her if her parents are cool:) well if not move away and act like you're dead then talk them into doing stuff never done it but it might work

you could try asking them if you could wear skirts if you wore leggings underneath
jeans also look cute under skirts and dresses

Wear them with leggings, this season's hot legwear. Get millions of different pairs and put them under all of your too-short skirts.

I had the same problem. I told my mom that I would go shopping and she could stay at Borders. I made sure to bring some books so when she asked me what I bought I showed her those.
