I just posted a question about my Mom and thanks to all who anwsered. I just figured off topic of that to ask this.
I was a kid its was 1973..My friend and I were returning home from a park passing a graveyard. We saw what appeared to be a softball or something on a grave, we figured it was a stray ball from the park.. we went in got it and brought it to his house. Clearly it wasnt a ball what is was was a muslin type cloth wrapped around a coconut shell, inside that was a plastic baby doll(like the kind they put on centerpieces at showers etc) the doll had pins stuck in it. My friend was from Panama and his mom freaked out and made us throw it out. What was this thing? Should we have put it back? I dont belive in that stuff except for maybe adding on some negative karma for stealing it....I truly didnt mean to disturb anything but what was that thing?

It sounds to me like rootwork/ sympathetic magic. The person that did the work could have been petitioning the Baron lwa of the dead and cemeteries to heal someone. A coconut is used to cleanse and protect. It is and can not be used for ill purposes. The pins could be in the places the person is sick at or having pain at. You could have stopped a healing work in progress. The muslin bag would have some type of oil on it also. It does not sound like something bad at all.

On the latter it could have been someone just playing around. Please believe me when I say rootworking, magic really work. i have done work myself and have seen results.

Well, I have read lot about stuff and African religions and it was witchcraft what you found in the cemetery. First of all you shouldn't touch that, but you were totally innocent so you help the person who was under the spell of black magic. You were a child and angels comes in different ways, so you were an angel that God put you there to liberate that man or woman. We have to remember that we live in what I call the pendulum law, that means that everything good or bad that you send that comes back to you. God bless you and hope that I answer to your question.
