most girls don't have a growth spurt like boys do, we grow much more gradually. you may continue to grow until you are in your late teens. You would need to look farther than your immediate family for height genetics - grandparents and great grandparents are also a factor.
You really need to drink milk or something else that provides you with calcium - not for the growth you are hoping for now but for your bones throughout your life. Meat is for protein and is not sufficient as a calcium substitute. Cheese and yogurt are helpful in the calcium area and if you are lactose intolerant the lactose free milks and cheeses come with calcium added as well as some regular orange juice that specifically states +calcium.

I am a few years older than you and 5'4. I have not grown since i was about 13. but i come from a short family. You could keep growing until you are 16-17 but i doubt you will grow more than a couple more inches at most.

A. About 16/17. Give it time girl. Youre only 13, Dont be in a rush to grow up. Believe me on that one.

B. Yes, you grow until ur in your twenties

C. Doubtful.

It mostly depends on your family/genetics.

you have plenty more years to grow, possibly 4 or 5 more. I had a friend who was short all his high school days and when he turned 21, he grew at least another 6 or 7 inches.

I'm 15, 5"8 and I asked my doctor if I would grow any taller. and he said definatly because females usually grow until there 19. So.. you have 6 more years, and im sure you will grow taller because you say you come from a tall family!!

A girl generally stops growing a year after her first period...if that helps.
