The turnover of employees where I am is at a ratio of 4 every 6 mths. Main reason given that there are two heads involved in the company -- one is a genius who rushes into decisions and one who holds the purse and halts it all in the last minute -- resulting in employees running towards one direction at one time and then told to drop all and run in the other direction. End story -- nothing ever gets done properly which affects the biz and we can't state these weaknesses to both the bosses as they always stick up for each other! Employees are always wrong, they are always right. And even when I try to bark louder than them -- the consequences are worse. And they love pitting one colleague against another by feeding each employee diff versions of stories. Sounds to me like a set of parents playing 'good cop, bad cop' don't you think?

If I were you I would be looking for another job because i dont hold out alot of hope for this business lasting . if your bosses are bickering it will not last and you will be out of a job. good luck and god bless and happy holidays.
