Yahoo won't stop putting this ad on my screen for updating my AT&T How do i get it off besides updating it?

It bothers me a lot.

Remove all the software that came w/ your DSL account. It is spyware and you don't need it at all.

Is the ad on your screen in the form of a pop up (another window opening on top of your original screen) or is it embedded (part of the page)? Sometimes there is a Close x button on the corners and also see if there is an box you can check off to "never show this message again" .. something of that nature. If all else fails. Call AT&T Internet Services 1 877 722-3755 They might have to get a 2nd Tier agent to escalate this to yahoo for you
