The updates are from Microsoft (the vast cheese). they in many situations have updates for the operating structures now and again as instantly as a week They restore small concerns and insects which could want to make a mistake the computers nicely-conventional operating suggestions. i'd say absolutely ignore about about them, countless the updates can provide a average performance advance yet lots of the time they are absolutely shelter practices concerns :/

I assume you are talking about the updates from Microsoft for Windows XP.
The answer is no you do not have to allow the updates but overall it is better if you do keep your Operating System (Windows XP) right up to snuff. It offers better performance of Window XP in the long run, and it offers you more security from online type problems.
I would recommend you just keep allowing them to install when they are available.

You don't have to but it helps security-wise. Sign up for automatic updates at Microsoft's website and it will do it all for you when you decide (I have mine done at night). After you sign up, you don't have to do anything else. Actually, it will only install the critical updates.
You'll need to check occasionally for any others that fit your computer.
