Where can I get DVD Software and DVD Decoders so that I can play DVD's on my computer?

it needs to be DVD SOFTWARE like DVD DECODERS AND DVD Players NOT necessarily programs to play it just to enable it to play

I bought my computer used so I don't have the software disc for my DVD-RW drive. After I put in a new hard drive a lot of my drivers and software were gone, like my dvd software.


Can anyone please help?
