no but when windows Vista comes out you can play some games with people on PC's with the 360

Most likely not because 360 players use XBL to play each other, and PS3 players are going to use Sony's online service to play each other. MS doesn't want to use XBL to support someone who didn't buy a 360 game, and Sony doesn't want to waste it's bandwidth on a player who brought a competitor's product.
