Is it possible that they can dance along to a song just on the vibrations of the song, such as the bass?

Yes, they can feel the vibrations from the touch of their feet on the floor or bay laying their hand on something. There are diiffering levels of deafness so sometone who is not totally deaf could hear bass sounds.

Have u ever heard of this British DJ who went deaf, but became one of the greatest Djs in history? Just by recognizing vibrations. Theres a movie about him, something like, It's All Gone Pete Tong
or something like that. So yes.

It is possible. I have a deaf friend myself and he goes to parties wtih me and my mates every weekend. He dances by looking at other people. I would say dancing with vibrations would be possible but you would have to make the area vibrate a lot first. Hope this helps you. Can you please register in my forum
