I'm not trying to get anyone to do my homework for me, I just need help. Here are the answers I believe they are.

22. C
23. B, I'm pretty sure.
24. D, I'm thinking d because a preperation always come's after a noun which Jane is a noun
25. I'm not sure about this one but if I had to guess I'd pick A.

Please explain with your answers if you can so I can leare more.

Yes, 22 and 23 are correct.

In 24, I'm not sure what is underlined. In A, B, and D, the "but" and "for" are conjunctions. In C, "for" is a preposition.

25 is B. "quickly" modifies "hid."

i'm pretty sure you're right on the first two but 24. is A and 25. is B
