I would. Grossman is too unpredictable.

Yes, for now, but return Grossman to his spot by the playoffs. Griese is a good replacement player, but he doesn't have the power or leadership skills to run a game to its conclusion. Since the Bears are a lock for their division, they might as well take Grossman out for a while to get him more level and better-trained. Griese can run them while he's gone to predictably good, though not stellar, results. Grossman is the better player when playing at his best, but he is unpredictable. Griese probably wouldn't go far in the playoffs, and though using Grossman in the playoffs would be a gamble, he has the kind of Super Bowl explosive power that makes him a better candidate.

Yes.
A few of the responses said that it was Lovie Smith's choice to keep Rex as the starter, you people need an education about how the NFL works.
First of all, Lovie Smith didn't draft Rex Gross-Man, Jerry Angelo did (he is the Bears GM).
Second, it's not (always) up to the head coach who the teams have as their starting quarterback, he may have a lot of input, but ultimately it is up to the teams general manager.
Third if (and when) Mr. Angelo pulls his head out of his --- and watches a Bears game and sees the inconsistent, unpredictable, unconscionably bad play of Rex Gross-Man he will hopefully make the decision to replace him with Brian Griese......but I doubt it, that would mean that Mr. Angelo would be admitting that he made a mistake when he drafted Rex Gross-Man and kept him for so long even though he has proven nothing in the NFL except for his inconsistency.

Yes. Grossman is in a terrible slump. Today's game was horrible on his part. Especially when the Bears recovered the fumble within the last two minutes left and he gunned an interception. Which also brings up that Turner's play calling isn't so spectacular either.
