Blue light is supposed to help feelings of depression. There is a study going on now. Change all of the bulbs in your house to those with a blue hue, not bright blue bulbs!

St. John's Wort is supposed to be a natural anti depressant but I wouldn't depend on it to make you feel better....go talk to someone if you're feeling depressed...

Watch spongebob, do something with your freinds, do not stay cooped up in y our house, get a physical activity to do, eat plenty of fruits, and try to feel good about yourself!!

Soul searching ! Whatever is putting you in that state of mind, you need to either change it or get rid of it. " If in Doubt, Throw it Out ". That doesnt pertain to only food. Getting rid of .... is easier than you think....the feeling better after is priceless ! Nothing is as bad as it seems !

a hobbies and exercise and if you are over 16 a part time job to have money to spend on your self.
under 16 volunteer some place fun.
