I used to call my parents Mom and Dad, but now my kids call them Grandma Weezie and Poppa Don, so we do too. I guess in general conversation I still call them Mom and Dad though.

When I was/am annoyed, it was Mother/Father.
Otherwise, Mom/Dad. Unless I was trying to cajole my father into something and then I pulled out the "Daddy" ammo.
(*chuckle*) I figure if they could use my first-middle-last names when they were annoyed with me, I could use Mother/Father with them.
