You cannot alter or improve the pixel rate of camera's on phones. On some models you can adjust the picture quality to better then the standard setting, this normally just uses further image processing to make it look better, but the actual resolution is unchanged.

Professional image editing software like Adobe Photoshop claims to be able to resize a picture to almost any size with no loss of quality. This software is expensive and takes time to work out how to use it.

Best piece of advice. Take your phone to a photographers and see if they can resize the image. Failing that get a phoen with a better camera, or buy a cheap digital camera with a better resolution.

Incidentally I have a 2.0Mpixel camera on my phone, and the images that come off that are more then reasonable and are detailed enough to go full screen.

You can upgrade your cellphone. You can get the Motorola RAZR V3x. It has like a 3.1 MP camera or something like that. You could also just buy a more MP didgital camera say a 5.0 MP camera. Hope I helped!
