You can't decide who your "friend" is nice to or not. Even if that other person tried to steal your boyfriend. If she's really your friend, you have fun being with her, like to hang out with her, you like her for her personality or whatever. Not because of who else she likes or doesn't like.
Personally, I wouldn't want a friend that tried to control who else I was friends with.

I'd say, talk to your friend privately and discuss these boundaries. Give your friend a chance to explain her side. Whether or not your friendship continues pretty well depends on the outcome of the talk. If she's really your friend, she will "back off" or explain how its all a misunderstanding.
