I also had intercourse every 2nd day during my fertile window but I don't understand why I am not pregnant.Should I be making an appointment with my doctor??? I have read 3 books so I am starting to feel silly. Help!!

Stress can cause changes in your cycle, relax and have fun trying...some other ways to know that you are fertile w/o going off of your cycle are your basal body temp...you can get a special thermometer at wal-mart or any drug store, take your temp like normal every day, when you are fertile, you're temp should rise slightly...there will be instructions in the package...or you can use the ovulation predictors (like pregancy tests, but they tell you when you're fertile). Good luck! Don't stress about getting pregnant, try not to think about it too much...it will happen when the time is right!!! Your dr usually won't do anything until you've been unsuccessful for a year or more.

First of all I would see your doctor because of the sudden changes. Make sure nothing is wrong.

As far as trying to conceive, don't worry about it so much. Just relax and enjoy sex again. The sperm and egg will get together on their own. That's how I finally got Pregnant.

PS stress and worry do affect your periods and cycles.

Have you tried charting your cycles? That way you know when you are going to ovulate, and can plan sex around that date!

Pick up the book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and you'll be surprised by what you read. I love that book, and swear by it! You can chart your cycles for free with 2 different online sites:
http://www.fertilityfriend.com
http://www.babymed.com

Good Luck!

Do what I did. Stop trying. After 6 months we decided that we weren't really as ready as we would have liked so we decided to stop. We even used condoms. But that one slip got my pregnant. It was the funniest thing.
