Yes, you can however, there are some caveats to this. I believe the technical question you are trying to present is "can you break a egg with your hand by applying pressure equally on all sides. The answer to that question is no. An egg however will break easily if pressure or force is applied unevenly such as striking it against a bowl or placing your fingers one side in close proximity and squeezing.
Eggs are the only truly monococt structure. Aircraft designers strive to achieve this structural perfection but have yet to achieve it. The good old chicken is a much better engineer without even trying.
