download a good antispyware like spybot update it and your antivirus and run them in safe mode then do a disk cleanup

MYZOR FK@YF is fake warning message generated by the Zlob trojan. To remove this message and the trojan that generates it, download and scan your PC with SpyNoMore, it seems to be the most accurate program in detecting zlob infections.

By the way it is not free, but then again you should really question any so-called free solution. Isn't that how your computer got infected in the first place?!. The free scan will only check your system and show you the infections. If you choose to remove them, you will have to pay.

Whatever your antivirus program, be sure it is updated and run it, in softmode and regular mode. You said it was a virus and not spyware? If don't have good antivirus program try AVG free version. If have good one, don't add another. Then try Spybot Search and Destroy and Microsoft Windows Defender, both are free.
