hey i live in reno nevada and i really wanna be an actress (preferrably disney) anybody know any good acting agencies in the area that can get me famous?

You should look for an acting school, not an agency. To become an actress, you have to study to be an actress. Then you have to put yourself in situations where people can see you act.
I recommend that you go to the University of Nevada - Reno and study theater. (Click on the link below for information on UNR's Theater department.) You will learn about acting and will have the chance to act on the stage and in videos, both of which will give you exposure to a larger audience.
Acting is a tough business and there is a large amount of luck involved. I know that it looks glamorous but only the toughest and most persistent survive. Banks, offices and restaurants are filled with people who are good looking and can act well, but just don't have the toughness and good luck it takes to be a successful actor.
