In the front of your telephone book there should be some instructions on how to block a call from your phone. You can also get a caller ID that announces the phone number and not pick up. If he starts calling from another number just hang up don't say anything no matter what. He'll get discouraged and stop. Also, you could change your phone number for 6 months at no cost---most phone companies allow this as they know how normal people suffer from these "crazies with nothing to do." Oh, and the police will do nothing for you on this, unfortunately.

You have a few options:
1. Contact (or have your parents do it) your local phone company and see what options are available for blocking.
2. Have caller i.d. installed.
3. Screen your calls. (let the machine get it.)
4. Contact your local police department and file a complaint of harrasment by phone.

In addition to the earlier answers, I would recommend just not picking up the phone if you know it is him calling.
Eventually, he should stop calling.
I would say that if he does not, then you have a more serious problem.
In an extreme case, if the other suggestions don't work, and you really don't want to talk to him, you could even change your phone number.

You can only make a harrassment complaint to the police, to block his # from calling you, you have to talk to your telephone company. A privacy bundle could cost a couple $ extra on your bill, but it's worth the relief!

Get Caller ID and don't answer his calls, or any others that you don't want to. Or just don't say anything and hang up when he calls.
