The actress who plays Dr. Bailey on G.A. supposedly had a role on the HBO series Sex and the City. Anyone know who she played and in what episode?

She was in the episode "Anchors Away", she was the police officer.
It aired in July 21, 2002
It was the first episode of season 5

Chandra Wilson played a police officer on the show named Anchors Away when the sailors come in town.

I have watched every single episode of each show and I was unaware of Dr. Bailey was ever in SATC
