I wanna go to a rave when i turn 18, but i dont know how to dance techno music! does anyone know where i can see some videos or learn how?

do you mean just dancing with friends, or do you want people to watch you perform with glowsticks? for just regular dancing, it's not something you practise... just what everyone else around you does, same with any other dancing. no specific technique really. for glowsticking a good place to start is http://www.glowsticking.com/ but you learn best from having someone experienced teach you, or practise infront of a mirror in a dark room. freestringing is generally the easiest thing to learn a little bit of and not make a complete fool of yourself, but it's really hard to do the more advanced stuff. you might also try freehanding, including liquid.

there's no specific way to "techno dance" you just dance whatever you feel when the music is playing

Just get a feel for the beat and be yourself.
