Control panel > System icon > Hardware tab > Device manger
Go to the Display adapter section and click the + in front
Will open and display the make of your graphic card

Theres two ways you can check. You could open up your case and look. -but don't touch anything (-static electricity from the body can kill a pc in a heartbeat)
If its not in the pci, agp, pci-e slots then you have on board graphics (obvious).

Or you could just download a program named Aida-32. it shows everything about your computer.. i mean EVERYTHING. cpu-z doesn't tell you all of the specs your graphics card has, i don't even remember it showing anything about a video card to be honest.

Google a freeware called CPU-Z. it will tell you everything about your computer.

hit start, then run and type dxdiag. Then select display it should show it there
