Kiddy porn sites are not legal here and I doubt they are in the UK or most anywhere else too. I cannot think of any sites open to the public that are legal in the UK but not the US. Doesn't mean they don't exist I just cannot think of any. But just for the sake of the question it would depend where you were when viewing the site. If you were in the US and it were illegal then yes you'd could get arrested - especially for kiddy porn. If you were in the UK and veiwing a US web site that was illegal in the states but not the UK then you're outside US juristiction and totally safe from any legal action. The exception being if it somehow violated an international treaty. But I can't think of that being realisticly plausable in regards to viewing web sites. Visa versa is also true. if you're in the US and viewing a site that is legal here, but not the UK, then you cannot be arrested for any crime that you have not commited or have been suspected of commiting. The cool thing about the US constitution is that its illegal to arrest someone without probable cause.

greetings from The November group.

i know a link to a site that will scare you so much that you will not be sleeping for days if you got lucky you can relax after five month. How do i know that link?? My hobby is to search and regist all scary sites in all kind o category everything from horror stories and domes day prophecy to websites that can destroy you on the psychologic way. here is the link that makes you arrested if you are in US or EU https://www.buyayearbook.com/Error.asp?PG=AdminLogin.asp

NOW WARNING!!!! This link will led you to a site that will take all information of your computer and send it to the sites administrator. You will be convicted for hijack and computer hacking and if you have no luck you will be arrested and sent to jail. If you have luck you will experience your worst mental scary in five month because anything can happen during five month. if you haven't got arrested after five month then you are saved and you might need a mental doctor. You will be so scared that you can't eat and sleep and it can even link to sickness. So i don't recommend you to click on this link. There is only one way to cheat the devil. USE invisible VPN or buy an account on cyberghost and get a server from Non US or EU land.

Now the choose is yours. you decide.

You have been warned. We are the November group

Well... go to a child porn site and find out....Maybe not just for visiting the site and leaving, but if you down load anything you will be subjected to arrest. And rightly so IMHO

That's been tried and overturned. However, you CAN be arrested for providing fraudulent information (such as giving someone else's credit card # to verify your age for pornographic sites), but then the cops aren't the ones who start the process, the cardholder is the one who does so.

depends on the website. If it is a Kidd porn site and you download
even one picture, that's a big YES.

I am sure that there are websites out there that would cause you to
be put on the terrorist watch list.
