You may want to try some of the stain cleaners like Shout, but I think that you may have good luck with a grease cutting dish detergent.

USE DAWN DISH DETERGENT
I use WD - 40 to get grease stains out of my husbands clothes which leaves a different oil stain- then on the oil stain I use Dawn dish detergent with toothbrush and wash as usual

Socalucky,
Soak your jeans inwarm soapy water for about ten minutes. Then take something like shout and spred it and rub it in thoughly. Let this soak for about an hour, make sure you use plenty of shout stain remover on the spot. Then wash the jeans in the washer on hot water setting.

put a little dawn on it, and rub it in with a little cold water. Dawn is a de-greaser and will remove the stain. Try to get it out before you actually wash your jeans in the washing machine.
