Bill Clinton was a president during the 90's and went through an impeachment trial for sexual harrassment...Bill Cosby is a black comedian who had a comedy show called The Cobsy Show, about a black family living in Philedelphia. He was also accused of sexual harrasment....interesting. Dave Chappelle is also a very popular black comedian right now and has a very sucessful show called Chappelle's Show on comedy central. But you're probably thinking of Bill Cosby.
